Fw: 4-6-10. At Work in Haiti

I'm not sure of the lifestyles of Haiti before the earthquake. I've heard from Haitian family members and friends that either you were rich or poor in Haiti; no in between.

The earthquake acted as a leverage in the economy. The rich and the poor are now living in the same condition; with the same constrain.

Although, some may eat better - or have easier access - the fact is most, if not all, are getting the food from the same source and if there are no food then no one eats.

While in Haiti; I notice four type of occupations prominent in Haiti now: Medicals, Mechanics, Drivers and Food vendors. Eventually teaching will be important again; however, I did not see operating schools on my last trip. However,
I did see a few students in uniforms; so school must be open in some of the communities - at least in tents.
