My trip to Haiti - 4/5/10 - 4/10/10 (video below)

January 12, 2010 Haiti was devastated by a massive earthquake that leads to the death of approximately 250,000 individuals and left millions of residence homeless and in need of food, water and medical services. In order to meet need of the people of Haiti, I decided to volunteer and assist with the Haiti Relief. Since the earthquake, I traveled to Haiti on three separate locations with three separate organizations to help set up “make shift” clinics and provide food and medical services in Leogane, Correfour and Petit Gaove. During my trips; I help assist approximately 2,700 clients. My latest trip took place April 5, 2010 through April 10, 2010; at this time, I visited Haiti independently to do an assessment of the latest condition of Haiti so that I can determine and make plans of how I will assist Haiti moving forward. The neighborhoods/communities I visited were as follows: Monday - 4/5/10 1. Delmar 2. Mountaine Noir Tuesday - 4/6/10 1. Saint Marc 2. Montrui 3. Pierre Payen 4. Arcahaie 5. Cabaret 6. Titanyen Wednesday - 5/7/10 1. Carrefour 2. Leogane 3. Merger 4. Turgeau 5. Sacre-coeur church Thursday - 4/8/10 1. Tabarre - Clair Cine Friday - 4/9/10 1. Carrefour Fey 2. Carrefour Shada.

The video below is our ride to the house - the roads were insane.
